Maine winters are cold and unforgiving, sending oysters into hibernation. As a result, we're following their lead and taking Fridays off to recharge.

THIS MEANS...

FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY PICKUP orders must be placed by Thursday.
Please order before noon for same day pickup.

Oysters can be kept fresh in the fridge for 2-3 weeks after harvest.
